Jay’s analytical perspective has allowed him to envision new processes and streamline workflows, while his care for people has made him a trusted advisor and leader. With experience in client success, project management, business development, branding/marketing, and administration, Jay understands how to accomplish team objectives by fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining detailed focus without losing sight of the big picture.

Daniel brings a thoughtful, steady presence to the world of property tax consulting, shaped by a background in science education and biomedical engineering. After years in the classroom, he transitioned careers to pursue greater work-life balance—and quickly found purpose in the precision, strategy, and client advocacy that Wayfinder champions.
